Deck oiling
Description
Cleaning and oiling the cabin terrace (approx. 25 m²) in two coats before the summer season. Clear wood oil chosen by the customer. Dirt and loose greyed surface was brushed off, then the surface was allowed to dry. Oil was applied twice along the board direction. Edges and stair tread end boards were finished with a brush, and excess oil was wiped away. A couple of broken deck boards were replaced at the same time. The terrace is ready to use about 48 hours later, when the surface is dry and no longer tacky. Do not move furniture onto the terrace before then. The next maintenance treatment is recommended in 1–2 years. The area and oil shade are example details you can change or remove. They show well how a detailed report reassures the customer.
