Straight answers
Who can see my jobs?
Only you. Your data travels over an encrypted connection and is stored in the EU. A customer sees a job only if you send them a link or PDF, and you can close the link at any time.

Does this replace my invoicing tool?
Kvolio is not invoicing software. You log materials, hours, trips, and photos for each job. Kvolio turns them into a professional report you attach to your invoice or send to the customer as a link. You still create the invoice in your own invoicing tool.
What does the paid version include?
All features are free until the end of 2026. After that, the paid version adds:
- An agent API that lets your agent log jobs and write reports for you (changes made by an agent are marked, so you always see what it added).
- Up to 18 photos per report (9 in the free version).
- Reports with your own branding and no Kvolio mark.
Where are the product prices?
You set a purchase price and a selling price for each product. The purchase price is visible only to you, and the customer sees only the selling price on the report. The catalog includes the most common supplies out of the box, and you can add your own.
Can I import customers and products at once?
Yes. Download the Kvolio CSV template from the Customers or Warehouses page, fill it in, for example in Excel, and import it. You'll see a preview before anything is saved. One file can have up to 5,000 rows (5 MB).
Is there a Kvolio app?
Kvolio runs in your browser, so there's nothing to install. You can add it to your phone's home screen or your computer's desktop, and it opens like an app. On iPhone: Share > Add to Home Screen. On Android and Chrome: menu > Install app.
